Jeff Yalden Parent/Community Program at Franklin Academy

Parents and community members of Malone Central School and surrounding communities are encouraged to attend a night of motivation with Jeff Yalden on Friday September 21st at 6:30 PM at Franklin Academy.  Jeff Yalden has been the most in-demand teen mental health youth motivational speaker since 1992 when he toured the country as a United States Marine. He will present to all Malone Central students grades 6-12 on Friday and provide a parent program Friday evening.

Topics of Conversation:
+ Raising teens in a digital world and the impact this has on their well-being
+ Signs and symptoms of teen depression and teen suicide
+ Validating the importance of parental involvement and understanding the sensitivity of today’s teens
+ Teen responsibility and choices and much more
